Bill Campbell: Captain, We didn’t have any problems with this when it was here last (it seems like it was a couple of years ago). I only have one possible issue: If memory serves me, there are a few more houses on this street than there were a couple of years ago. Has that been addressed (notification, route for exiting traffic)? Other than that, no issues for me. It should be clarified that streets are not to be closed, and access to residential properties needs to be maintained. These are low volume streets, but participants should be reminded to stay as far to the right as possible when vehicles are present. Editorial comment: this is a single family neighborhood, and access to property must be maintained. The duration of the event (7 am to 7 pm) will likely generate complaints. Is the Water Plant Trail loop an option for this group?
