CONSIDER MOTION TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
based on Section 21.5(i), The Code of Iowa, to evaluate professional
competency of an individual whose performance is being considered
to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's
reputation when the individual has requested a closed session and
Section 22.7(5) of The Code of Iowa requiring peace officers
investigative reports be kept confidential.
