At your meeting of March 11, 1998 members expressed a desire to be provided a copy
of an index for department policies. Attached are the following:
• Index for present General Orders
• Index for the Rules and Regulations
• Index for Policy Statements of the Department
• Index for Model Policies
• Table of Contents for the Accreditation Project
The Indexes for General Orders, Rules and Regulations, and Policy Statements will
change as the accreditation project continues. As General Orders, etc. are issued, a
copy will be made available to the Board by placing a copy in a manual set aside for the
Board.
I will continue the direction of the department's accreditation plan as I outlined in my
memo of March 11, 1998.
