He was handcuffed. 32 10-07 98809836 Wan'ant Service Subject attempted to light a cigarette, while handcuffed in the back of a squad car. Officer pulled the subject towards the door and removed the cigarette. 32, 43 10-09 98809922 Public Urination When confronted about urinating in public the person ran. The officers caught him and took him to the ground. His hands were pulled behind his back and handcuffed. 41, 54 10-09 98809923 Criminal Mischief Officers responded to a location where Assault a female was swinging a chain. She ran as officers approached her. They caught her and took her to the ground. She was handcuffed. 92 10-10 98810017 Sick animal Officer shot a sick raccoon with his sidearm. 20, 48 10-10 98810030 Possession of Subject ran from officers. He ran into Controlled Substance a fence, which knocked him to the ground. At that point an officer grabbed him and told hJra to put his hands behind his back. He refused, so the officer grabbed an arm and pulled it behind his back. He was handcuffed. 54 10-11 98810043 Interference with Officer had to pull a man's hands Official Acts behind his back, when he refused to comply with repeated orders to do so. 4, 34, 44 10-11 98810057 Assault/Felony Traffic Three officers drew their sidearm Stop during a traffic stop. The vehicle stopped was reportedly involved in an assault where a handgun was used. 14, 38 10-11 98810062 Fight in progress Officers arrived to find two females actively fighting each other. Each officer grabbed a female and pulled them apaR. They were both handcuffed. Three officers drew their sidearm and ordered the passengers out of the van. Three knives and a fire iron were recovered from the van. 43 10-13 98810104 Assault Subject was assaulting an individual lying on the ground, when the officer arrived. The subject then fled but was caught. He struggled to get away from the officer's grasp. He stopped after the officer drew his OC spray. 16 10-14 98810127 Obstruction of Officer Officer ordered the subject to stand in the corner while the officer put his weapon away. The subject walked towards the officer. He was grabbed by the shoulders and placed in the corner. He mfased to stay, so oflicer held him there until Deputies arrived to assist. 85 10-16 98810177 Fight in progress Officer pulled 2 people apart, who were fighting on the ground. 3 10-17 98810240 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer with his sidearm. 16 10-19 98810279 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer with his sidearm. 99 10-17 98810217 Disorderly Conduct The officer saw a man hitting another. The officer grabbed his hand and applied a wrist flex. The subject was then handcuffed. 14, 24, 26, 32, 10-23 98810413 Disorderly Conduct, 5 people were arrested and all resisted. 35, 85 Obstructing Officers One subject ran and was taken to the ground when caught. Another had a wrist flex applied so he could be handozffed. One refused to get in the squad and had to be placed there. The others resisted being handcuffed and had their hands pulled behind their back. 26, 43, 85 10-23 98810417 Criminal Mischief Subject was identified as breaking a window. He ran from officers and was caught. He continued to try and get away. Officers pulled his arms back and handcuffed him. After being handcuffed he fought and resisted officer. The subject was exposed to OC. 8 10-24 98810491 Injured Deer Officer shot an injured deer with his sidearm. 11, 38 10-24 98810501 Public Intoxication Subject was identified as being Interference with involved in a fight. He ran away from Official Act the officers. When caught he was taken to the ground and handcuffed. 43 10-23 98810517 Medical Assist Officer assisted medical personnel with restraining an out of control psych. patient. 13, 20 10-24 98810520 Interference with After being detained over an open Official Acts causing container, the man ran away. Officers injury, caught him and he continued to resist. His arms were placed behind his back and handcuffed. 54 10-25 98810531 Arrest While walking to the squad car, with cuffs on, the subject threw an elbow at the officer. The subject then attempted to mn away. He was taken to the ground and held there until he calmed down. 49 10-25 98810536 OWI Subject refused to get out of the squad car. The officer pulled/lffied her out. She then refused to walk. After being carried a few feet she started walking. OFFICER DATE CASE # INC1])ENT FORCE USED 2 10-25 98810537 Fight in pro~ess Thc officer pulled the man off of another person the man was hitting. The man then grabbed the officer around the neck. The officer was able to get free and take him down. He was then handcuffed. 24, 26, 85 10-25 98810543 Assault causing Injury Subject wa~ told he was under arrest. He got up and made statements about not going to jail, and attempU:d to walk away. Officer grabbed his wfist~ and positioned them behind his back. When officers caught him he was taken to the ground. He continued to resist and tried to get away. Officers held him down and handcuffed him. 16 10-31 98810763 Interference with Subject ran from the officer and was Official Acts stopped by a Department of Public Safety Officer.
