The Crisis Center provides g holiday food baskets to Johnson County residents. The center depends on donations from the ;,community to provide this -. assistance. It costs approxi- ;mately $15,(XH) to provide the food. Food basket donations in $15 increments may he sent to the Crisis Center, for Project Holiday, 1121 Gilbert Court, .Iowa City, Iowa, 52240. The Visiting Nurse �� Association donates gift certifi- cates to low income, elderly f and disabled adults. The certiti- i'cates may be purchased at dis- count or grocery stores in the amount of $5. Donations also i are welcome and can be mailed eto the Visiting Nurse ;;Association, for Project -Holiday, R Plaza, 485 Highway t"1 West, Iowa City, Iowa, 52246. The Salvation Army gives Etoys to Tess fortunate children under 18 years of age. To donate a toy for a child in need, drop off gifts at Salvation Army, 510 Highland Ave., Iowa City.
