SUBJECT: July & August Use of Force Review
The bi-monthly "Use of Force Review Committee" met on November 2, 2001. It was
composed of the following personnel;
Captain Widmer
Sgt. Brotherton
Sgt. Hurd
Sgt. Kelsay
The review of the submitted reports for July (16 incidents-19 reports) and August (15
incidents-20 reports) revealed no policy or training concerns. Of the 31 Use of Force
incidents, two were dealing with injured/sick animals.
