There are a lot of dog owners that access the park from the Coralville side and walk into the park. I can envision conflicts between dogs and bicycles. I would definitely post as John suggests to let people know. Recommend posting notices along the trail (at Waterworks Park, Peninsula Park, UI Rec Fields west of Mormon Trek) at least in Iowa City at least 48 hours in advance to give notice to trail users of the event.
