We are assuming that they are staying on the sidewalk and simply want safe crossings at the noted intersections. The applicant should contact me Lt. Bill Campbell at 356-5256 after March 24th to make sure we are all on the same page. They will also need to contact the UIPD reference the section of the route on UI property. I would assume that the race will require PD assistance when crossing Mormon Trek Blvd (unless they are willing to wait for the ped signals at signalized intersections - this should be discussed with PD).
