It appears they will be leaving the park which means I’m guessing our office will make the call. Please let Geoff know what the status is tomorrow so that we can get back to Michele as soon as possible. Thanks! It still may be a good idea for Police to be at the Park Rd crossing for the bulk of the walkers. Applicant should contact the University of Iowa for using the trail and pedestrian bridges south of Park Rd, and ensure the pending Hancher demolition and site work does not conflict with this event. As always, participants should be reminded to be courteous to others using the trails  From: Adam Bentley Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2013 5:01 PM To: Rick Wyss; Rick Fosse; Roger Jensen; John Yapp; John Sobaski; Chris O'Brien; Tammy Neumann; Sheri Thomas; Terry Robinson; Melissa Miller; Rick Fosse; Mike Kaeser Cc: Geoff Fruin Subject: JoCo Heartwalk Permit Please review and comment— Mike: I am unsure how you left it with Michelle, but I will be out of the office all week next week.
