Participants should be reminded to stay on sidewalks and trails, and observe rules of the road / traffic signals when
crossing intersections. Courtesy to others using the trails is recommended. Applicant should be reminded to get
permission from the University for use of the trail south of Park Road, and check if the Hancher demolition &
construction will affect the proposed route.
Police assistance for the Park Road mid-block crossing is recommended.

There is a walk scheduled in City Park that day from 1 to 5 so this should not conflict…I would remind them to make
sure that once their walk/run is over they remove any markers as promptly as possible so that walkers for the next
walk are not confused…also a reminder that no permanent marking on the trails or walks are allowed.
