The next Step is to link your Accounts. 2 Step 3 Link Accounts Go to Online Bill Pay Select either General Billing or Utility Billing Utility Billing Account Linking Note: Information is required and is visible on bills dated after 3/23/15. Enter Account Number (Account ID) Enter CID Hit Update You will be brought to the Account Summary Page. If you do not want to link any other accounts select ‘Manage Bills’ and proceed to Step 4. 3 General Billing Account Linking Go to General Billing Select Link to Account 4 Enter an Account Number Enter Name Hit Update You will be brought to the Account Summary Page. If you do not want to link any other accounts select ‘Manage Bills’ and proceed to Step 4. Step 4 Pay Bill Select Online Bill Pay 5 To see bills, hit the expand icon under General Billing Accounts section Select Manage Bills Select the bill or bills you would like to pay 6 Click ‘Add selected bills to cart’ ‘My Cart’ in the upper right hand corner will now display a value other than 0 To check out open the cart and select ‘Checkout’ Select Payment Method 7 Enter Payment Amount Enter Payment Information Click Continue 8 Enter Billing Address Note required fields 9 10 Review the Payment Amounts and Payment Method information Select Change to update the Payment, Payment Method or Billing Address information Hit Submit 11 A message will to let you know that the payment has been successfully processed. Please save the report for your records. 12
