Programming a Forward to Voicemail Softkey
To Forward Your Phone to Voicemail:
1.Press the (Settings) key on the phone.
2.Navigate to the Call Forward setting and press the Select button or Select softkey.
3. Enter extension 6200 in the field to the right of Always.
4. To enable call forwarding, scroll to the box on the right and hit select to put a check mark in it. If there is not a check mark in the box your
calls will not be forwarded.
5. Once finished, press save.

Once you have completed the instructions above, you can program a softkey that will enable you to quickly turn call forwarding on and off.
To program a Call Forward Always key:
1. Press and hold an available programmable key for four seconds.
2. Press the left navigation key to move to the Other features category column.
3. Press the down navigation key to highlight Other Features.
4. Press the right navigation key to move to the Other Features selection column.
5. Navigate to Call Forward Always using the down navigation key.
6. With Call Forward Always highlighted, press the Save soft key. Once that is completed, a Fwd Always option will appear on the button that was
programmed:
To enable Call Forward:
1. To enable call forwarding, press the key that you have programmed with Call Forward Always functionality. When Call Forward Always is enabled, a
(Call Forward Always) icon is displayed in the status bar. When it is enabled, all calls will be directly forwarded to voicemail.
To disable Call Forward:
1. Press the key that you have programmed with Call Forward Always functionality. When Call Forward Always is disabled, the icon will become grey.

To Forward Your Phone to Voicemail Using Skype for Business:
Another option is to forward your phone to voicemail using Skype For Business. Call forwarding can be set by either phone, or skype, it is not required to
set it on both.
1. At the bottom of your Skype for Business client, press the arrow button:
2. A box will appear with the option to Forward Calls to: Voicemail 6200:
3. Press Save to begin forwarding calls. When calls are forwarded, the arrow on the Skype for Business client will turn red.
If you programmed a Forward to Voicemail Softkey on your phone, that key will be blue indicating calls are being forwarded. You can
disable or enable call forwarding either from the Skype of Business client, or your phone.
