Summary
If mandatory, need a clear policy that only affects
more impactful projects
Staff supports some changes to the good neighbor
program, but does have concerns on how changes
couTcl impact staff time
Based on staff's experience, applicants are willing
to hold good neighbor meetings for large-scale
projects with greater impacts
- Need input from the development community
- Mandatory meetings would require a code change
