Buyer also understands that discharging storm water from ground not stabilized with a perennial, vegetative cover of sufficient density to preclude erosion or discharging from any soil-disturbing activity for this property without storm water permit authorization coverage is a violation of state and federal law. Buyer therefore agrees to obtain an authorization under the DNR’s storm water NPDES General Permit No. 2 for the property described above if there is ground not stabilized with a perennial, vegetative cover of sufficient density to preclude erosion and prior to commencement of any soil-disturbing activity.
