On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
knowingly or intentionally remove or attempt to remove a dangerous weapon from the possession of a peace officer, when the officer is in the
performance of any act within lawful duty or authority, and having reason to know or should have known the individual was a peace officer
NARRATIVE
Defendant was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. Defendant refused to walk to a patrol car and while she was being placed in the patrol car, she
kicked against the door and refused to get in. In the process of being placed into the back of the patrol car, the defendant grabbed onto my Taser and began
pulling on it.
