General Package Tiers FAQ What new package tiers are launching? August 31, 2020, Laserfiche launched four new package tiers that are available for both Laserfiche Cloud and self-hosted systems as a subscription and are called Starter, Professional, Business and Enterprise. Why is Laserfiche launching these new package tiers? Transitioning from the previous packaging model, which was based on add-ons and deployment complexity, these new subscription-based packages better align with target customer buying patterns and their needs. In addition, these packages will simplify the selling the process without requiring customers to choose between many add-ons à la carte. These packages are also positioned to more effectively address the mid-market, where Laserfiche can capture more value and offer more differentiation. As these packages are subscription-based, they will help bring in consistent revenue year-over-year and further support Laserfiche solution provider business growth. Who is each package targeted towards? • Starter: Positioned for small departments or small businesses with paperless initiatives that want to quickly get started with a best-in-class document management system to securely capture, organize and centralize their digital documents. It includes user access controls to ensure sensitive information is only accessible to the right team members. • Professional: Ideal for small- and medium-sized business requiring process automation and document management functionalities to transform entire processes from individual teams to whole departments. It provides powerful forms and process designers, reporting and analytics, basic audit trail capabilities, scripting and integration tools, full-featured document management and more to support any departmental automation initiative.
