INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR
UNDERESTIMATED BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS
COVER LETTER
My name is Selena E. Campbell-Martin, and I am the President/CEO of the Help
Hope and Love Foundation of Iowa City. We are located at 4440 Preston Lane
Iowa City, Iowa 52240. My email address is:

708-310-0218. We are looking for both support with physical space as well as
business support programs.
We are looking to continue to help bridge the gap between many different
areas in Iowa by assisting other nonprofit organizations, community leaders and
local businesses with resources, direct support professionals as well as supplies.
I started the foundation on July 8, 2020, and have been growing at an
exponential rate. We have been able to reach and help the African American
community, Indian community, Hispanic community, African community,
Caucasian community, Muslim community, Asian community. We love to unite,
help and inform the community and community leaders about the barriers that
minorities and homeless people face everyday just to survive like food
insecurities, education, housing, jobs, clothing and human rights issues.
Currently we have 12 programs to assist the community and I am working on
several more including HHLF Mobile Community Services and Outreach Unit,
HHLF Food Truck by day and Feeding the Homeless by night, Transitional Home
for children who age out of the system and end up homeless on the streets
addicted to drugs to name a few. We are looking for around $150,000.00 to
really make a great impact in this community. We are not a government funded
program and have only received one grant last year from P&G for $15,000.00. I
lost my husband last year 8/16/2022 one day before our 20th anniversary, but
that doesn’t and won’t stop my purpose and calling to help people. I Live to
Give Joyfully back wherever I go.
