BUDGET OVERVIEW AND HIGHLIGHTS City Manager Fruin noted the time and effort from staff that was put into pulling together the budget and urged Councilors to jump in if they have questions during the presentations. Fruin reviewed the budget review schedule, areas of focus, fund structures, and Fiscal Year 2023 budget review and challenges. Deputy City Manager Jones reviewed Revenues and Expenditures and Enterprise Funds. City Manager Fruin wrapped up with discussion on investments in the strategic plan, core services, and other adopted master plans. Fruin also briefly noted looking ahead at the FY26 budget and things to plan for. Individual Council members expressed their views.
