Officers located multiple .40 caliber fired cartridge casings and residence that had been struck by gunfire. Officers conducted multiple interviews with individuals who had knowledge of this incident, obtained various video and electronic records that show that the Defendant (JOHNSON) went to the 2400 block of Walden Rd, armed with a dangerous weapon, with the intent to provoke fear or injure the victim, and fired multiple rounds from this firearm causing property damage.
