are for staff recruitment and retention, health and safety supplies for programs, and minor renovations to meet safety standards.
We also have the $2,000,000 from the City of Iowa City listed for building acquisition and improvements for our recently purchased Muscatine Ave and Arthur St properties. The buildings
were purchased in August 2024. Arthur Street will have renovations taking place over the next year to transform into a licensed childcare center with space for an additional 60 kids.
