Provision of public services is a high priority in City Steps 2025. Applicant identified services to the homeless or those at risk of homelessness, health/mental health services, youth activities and programming, services for victims of domestic violence, and utility assistance as the priority areas addressed in the proposal. Evidence of Financial Capacity (20 Points) Collaboration/Operations Plan (Narrative Q8 and Form C) Applicant described participation in groups such as the Johnson County Affordable Housing Coalition and the Local Homeless Coordinating Board. Collaborations with other entities describes such as CommUnity, ICPD, Free Lunch program, and Table to Table. Sexual Assault Victim Services Advisory Council recently created to facilitate RVAP transition.
