households.
Provision of public services is a high priority in City Steps 2025. Applicant
identified services to the homeless or those at risk of homelessness as the
priority area addressed in the proposal.

Applicant notes initiatives such as the Women Build program and collaborations
with organizations that serve marginalized populations and a history of serving
marginalized populations including families from diverse racial and ethnic

reported with Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin.
