Need and Priority (20 Points) Community Need (unscored) Yes Services Provided (Narrative Q3) Applicant provides a variety of social services to Linn County residents and Meals on Wheels services to Johnson County residents. Provision of public services is a high priority in City Steps 2025. Applicant identified elderly activities and programming as the priority area addressed in the proposal.
