Need and Priority (20 Points) Community Need (unscored) Yes Services Provided (Narrative Q3) Applicant provides reentry services to people involved in the criminal justice system. Provision of public services is a high priority in City Steps 2025. Applicant identified services to the homeless or those at risk of homelessness, transportation, health/mental health services, and financial literacy and credit repair programs as the priority areas addressed in the proposal. Percentage of beneficiaries residing in Iowa City: FY24 = 51% II. About 5% of beneficiaries reported with Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin. Questions, Considerations, and Concerns • In proposed outcome measure applicant noted a projected outcome of 2 services for mental health, substance abuse and utility or other housing services.
