Agency: Inside Out Reentry Questions: 1. Under proposed outcome measures, applicant noted a projected outcome of 2 services for mental health, substance abuse and utility or other housing services. Please clarify what that means. Answer: IO misinterpreted the question, and had indicated the number of types of services will be provided under those categories, as opposed to the total instances of services. We are including additional data here as possible. As a smaller organization, we do not have resources for complex data collection, we utilize basic systems like excel. Therefore, in some cases we are not able to provide the total number of instances but indicate below in detail what we are able to collect currently. In the next year, IO will be building our capacity to explore enhanced data tracking methods so we can collect more detailed data. For # of Mental Health Support Services Provided:  Community meeting attendance: 550 total meetings attended  Case Management: 150 individuals receiving case management services*  Total: 700 *Note: IO does not currently have the ability to track the total number of individual case management sessions provided, however we are exploring how we can collect that. IO members opt into different levels of services. IO offers comprehensive case November 22, 2024 management to all we serve, however many members opt into a lower level of service, meaning they choose to obtain resources only and are not interested in continued follow-up and support. For # of substance use support services provided:  Weekly peer recovery meetings, we anticipate we will have 300 total meetings attended  At the reentry house, we hold weekly house meetings, we anticipate – 281 weekly house meetings attended:  Total: 581 For # of Utility or other housing Services Provided:  # of individuals we assist with searching for housing - 62  # of days of residence in our sober transitional reentry house - 1,971  Total: 2,033
