Defendant herein did violate Section 6-1-2(B) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Iowa City, Iowa, as follows: As of 5/12/25 and 4/17/25 and 5/17/24, Forestry has identified a diseased/dead/hazardous Ash tree in the backyard of the property.
