Iowa City, Iowa, at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of July, 2025, in Emma Harvat Hall, City Hall, 410 E. Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission thereafter as posted; at which hearing the Planning and Zoning
Commission will consider: An amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use map designation from Office Research Development Center to General
Commercial, Mixed Use, and Public/Private Open Space for approximately 57 acres of property located south of I-80 and east of N.
Dodge Street. (CPA25-0001)
A copy of the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment is on file for public examination in the Neighborhood and Development Services Office, City Hall, Iowa City, Iowa and on the Iowa City
website at www.icgov.org. Persons wishing to make their views known for Planning and Zoning
Commission consideration are encouraged to appear at the above-mentioned time and place.
