WITHDRAWAL OF PROTEST OF REZONING

We, the undersigned, being the owners of property included in the proposed zoning change, or the owners of property
which is located within two hundred feet of the exterior boundaries of the property for which the zoning change was
proposed, previously submitted a protest to the rezoning of the following property:

We hereby wish to withdraw our protest filed in the office of the City Clerk and understand that the land included in
our previously submitted protest will not be considered in the calculation to determine whether Council must pass the
rezoning by a favorable vote of at least three-fourths of all the members of the council in accordance with Section
414.5 of the Code of Iowa.
