I hope you are all doing ok with all that the COVIQ 10 has brought upon us. Due to contact
concerns we will not be having a physical Walk this year but an online version. Thank you for
your assistance with and support of the Iowa City Hospice Walk for Dignity.
Take care

Your application has been received and forwarded to multiple City departments. Those departments
do get 5 days to respond and I have it down for 1/16/20 that I need final answers from others in the
city.
I have heard back from Zac that he is not sure if that shelter will be done in time for your event so
you might want to make the same kind of arrangements you made last year.
Thanks for reaching out!

Good morning Wendy,
I had sent the email below to Jeff and Zac along with a phone message for Jeff yesterday. On
Friday I submitted the form to request the Willow Creek Iowa City Hospice volunteer site and
use of the park. I have not had a response indicating that any of these were received. Can you
assist me? Thank you.

Jeff,
I am checking out the situation at Willow Creek Park for having our Walk for Dignity on
Sunday, April 26. It looks like the shelter will be closed, I am guessing due to construction. Will
we be able to hold the Walk using the rest of the park?
