Hello Jeff and Wendy,
I hope this email finds you safe and healthy.
Our client made the difficult decision to cancel the event scheduled on 10/11/20 due to the
CDC guidelines in place and that we just don’t know how things are going to be resolved.
Please accept this email as written notice of our desire to cancel the event due to the
COVID-19 virus (Force Majeure). Please reply with your agreement and we will use this email
as written notice.
I look forward to working with you and your team again in happier circumstances in 2021.
Let me know when we can start locking in dates for fall 2021.
