An electronic meeting is being held because a meeting in person is impossible or
impractical due to concerns for the health and safety of Council members, staff and
the public presented by COVID-19.
Note: This is a closed session meeting of the City Council. The public will have
access only to the motion to adjourn to executive session at the beginning of the
meeting and the motion to adjourn the special formal meeting at the end of the
meeting.
You can access the meeting by going to:

to visit the Zoom meeting's registration page and submit the required information.
Once approved, you will receive an email message with a link to join the meeting. If
you are asked for a meeting or webinar ID, enter the ID number found in the email.
If you have no computer or smartphone, or a computer without a microphone, you
can call in by phone by dialing (312) 626-6799 and entering the meeting ID 975-7261-
5031 when prompted. Providing comment in person is not an option.

2. Litigation
Consider a motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss strategy with counsel in
matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure
would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in
that litigation.
