Introduction
The City contracted HR Green to complete a Pavement Management
Plan in order to develop an objective, data driven, and sustainable
approach to managing its roadway assets as well as to budget for
future needs.

Goals
� Review the City standards for street construction and maintenance practices
➢ Develop inventory of the City's street system
➢ Evaluate current roadway conditions using data provided by IPMP
Determine treatment alternatives for use in the data analysis and projections
Create a comprehensive pavement management model using Pavement Management
Software dTIMS Business Analytics TM
Develop sustainable maintenance/replacement schedules with annualized costs for various
funding levels and scenarios
