Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about Me above stated date and time,the Defendant did
being a convicted felon or adjudicated delinquent on the basis of conduct that would constitute a felony if committed by an adult, knowingly
have under his/her dominion and control or possession, receive,transport or cause to be transported,a firearm or offensive weapon,to-wit:

STATE OF IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY
I,the undersigned,being duly sworn,state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit,known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime
On the above date and time,the def exits his front door of his house. The def then is seen running after a male who was standing in the middle of the
street. The def is seen and heard firing 7 shots from a firearm. The victim is seen running away. During a interview the def stated that,"I took things to
the extreme". The victim told Officers that he was being shot at by the def. Witnesses on scene told dispatch that the def was chasing a male running
away from him. Officers found shell casing in front of the defs residence. The def has several felony convictions and is a domestic assault abuser and
is not allowed to possess any firearms.
