RESOLUTION NO. 10-46
RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION N0.01-169.
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints council members to serve as Council's representatives to other
organizations or entities such as the Johnson County Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 01-169 requires that a City Council appointee vote in accordance with the formal
action of the City Council as expressed by motion, resolution, or ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to repeal Resolution No. 01-169.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA,
THAT:
Resolution No. 01-169 is hereby repealed.
