Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
being a subject of a protective order or having been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, knowingly have under his/her
dominion and control or possession, receive, transport or cause to be transported, a firearm or offensive weapon, to-wit: _____
NARRATIVE
On the above date and time, the def was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim. During the altercation, the def pulled out a firearm and pointed
it at the victim. The def then pointed above the victims head and fired one round which went into the victims house. The def has a current domestic
abuse protective order (PTO 06521SRCR124160) which prohibits the def from possessing a firearm. Several witnesses on scene identified the def
along with the victim. During an interview with the def, officers located a photo that the def posted holding a firearm. The def stated that the gun in the
photo isnt hers and that it is a Glock 19 which she shot a few days ago.
