Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
with intent to injure or provoke fear or anger in another person, shoot, throw, launch or discharge a dangerous weapon at, into or in a
building, vehicle, airplane, railroad engine, railroad, car or boat, occupied by another person, or within an assembly of people , thereby placing
occupants or people in reasonable apprehension of serious injury, or threaten to commit such an act
NARRATIVE
On the above date and time, the def was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim. During the altercation, the def pulled out a firearm and pointed
it at the victim. The def then pointed above the victims head and fired one round which went into the victims house. The def has a current domestic
abuse protective order (PTO 06521SRCR124160) which prohibits the def from possessing a firearm. Several witnesses on scene identified the def
along with the victim.
