Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time,the Defendant did
being a convicted felon or adjudicated delinquent on the basis of conduct that would constitute a felony if committed by an adult,knowingly
have under his/her dominion and control or possession, receive,transport or cause to be transported,a firearm or offensive weapon, to-wit:

STATE OF IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY
I.the undersigned,being duly sworn,state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Afdavi,known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of aliened crime
On July 27th,2021,Officers with the Iowa City Police Department executed two search warrants at residences associated with the defendant in
connection to a July 18th,2021 shooting incident. During a search of these residences,officers located and seized multiple firearms. Evidence
collected during this investigation show that the defendant possessed a Smith and Wesson SD9 pistol on June 4th.2021 and a Springfield Saint.223
pistol on June 27th,2021. The detendant has a previous conviction for Carrying Weapons(firearm)on March 16th.2021 (AGCR127999)prohibiting
him from possessing firearms after this date as stated in 724.25 of the Iowa Code. Additionaly,officers located marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the
residence of the defendant during the execution of these search warrants.
