Executive S ummary:
As directed by Title 9, C hapter 1, Section 3B of the C ity C ode, this is to advise the City Council of
the following actions: Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (10):
Establish a parking prohibition on Manitou Trail, approximately between the property lines of 946 &
1044 Manitou Trail;
Establish a parking prohibition on the cul-de-sac of A shlynd Court;
Establish a parking prohibition on C atskill C ourt, at the northwest, southwest, and southeast
corners;
Remove the existing parking prohibition on A mber L ane and e stablish a parking prohibition on the
inside of Amber Lane, approximately between 23 & 41 Amber Lane;
Establish a parking prohibition on the inside of Regal L ane approximately between 23 & 41 Regal
L ane;
Establish a parking prohibition on the cul-de-sac of Hollywood Court;
Establish a parking prohibition on the cul-de-sac of Coneflower Court.
Background / Analysis:
T his action is being taken at the request of the S treets Department to improve access for City
service vehicles - particularly for snow plows. Residents in the affected areas were notified of the
proposed changes to on-street parking.

As directed by Title 9, C hapter 1, Section 3B of the C ity C ode, this is to advise the City Council of
the following action:
Pursuant to Section 9-1-3A (5); I nstall (1) "S top" sign on S herman D rive for westbound motorists
at the intersection with S ycamore S treet. I nstall (2) "Yield" signs on F arragut L ane for north- and
southbound motorists at the intersection with S herman Drive.
Background / Analysis:
T his action is being taken to establish traffic control at the newly constructed intersections.
