Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
be intoxicated or simulate intoxication while being in a public place
NARRATIVE
Officers Jessica LaKose and Melvin Herrera observed the defendant violent striking the windows of a bar after assaulting bar staff for being denied entry
because of how intoxicated she was. Defendant had bloodshot, watery eyes, impaired speech, impaired balance, and smelled of ingested alcohol. Defendant
was belligerent, profane, and incapable of controlling her emotions. Once defendant was placed under arrest, she refused to get into a police car and had to be
forcefully placed within (and later extricated from) the patrol car. Defendant's volatility rendered her incapable of providing a post-arrest breath test.
