Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
transfer, acquire possession or facilitate the transfer of a stolen firearm used in the commission of a crime
NARRATIVE
On above date and the time the Def. was ejected from El Ray's Live and Dive at 211 E. Iowa Ave. After being kicked out of the bar, Def was verbally threatening
bar staff and pulled out a loaded .22 GSG "Firefly and pointed it at the bar staff. Def. fled the scene and was eventually located by officers. Def. denied being
involved and denied carrying a gun. The gun was located in the Def.'s waistband during a patdown. The Def. fought officers when they attempted to arrest him.
Def. then feigned a medical condition. The gun (SN#: F449577) was stolen out of Linn County, IA. Def. refused to identify himself.
