Your license will be issued upon receipt of the proper fee
made payable to the City of Mason City and mailed to the City

copy of this letter. The license is renewable on June 30th
of each year,
The fee for a Journeyman Electricitn's license is $15.00 for
the first year, $lO.00 every yeaz thereafter.
