Second Avenue Bridge, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402-1256. In order to obtain an
"Active" Metro Electrical Contractors License you will need to have a "State
Contractors Registration Number" and a "Certificate of Insurance" on file with our
department.
This letter should be kept for your records to show proof of having passed the Block
& Associates examination and used for reciprocal agreements with other cities.
