BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE ITY OF IOWA CITY, IOWA: 1, That a public hearing on the plans, spe ifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost for the construction of the above-men 'oned project is to be held on the 18TH day of February, 2003, at 7:00 p,m. in the Em a J. Harvat Hall, Civic Center, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the next eeting of the City Council thereafter as posted by the City Clerk. 2. Roll sod to establish smooth, uniform s rface. G. Water area adequately at time of sodding and continue as necessary throughout maintenance period. H. Apply additional care as necessary to sure a hearty stand of grass at the end of the one- year maintenance period. 3.05 MAINTENANCE - ALL PLANTINGS: A.
